Such wonderful overall experience. Lovely family run hotel with accommodating and caring staff and magnificent views of the sea. Very impressed with twin/double room. Superb design in the rooms, fab food. Warm drinks at downstairs bar, good service. Everything fine.

I stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved the spacious room with the super comfy bed and fluffy towels in the bathroom. There’s a really nice coffee machine and plenty of breakfast options to kickstart your day, and you can unwind in the cozy lounge afterward. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the bar downstairs, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! ✨

I had a wonderful stay with a fine sea view from my room, the breakfast was unbelievably delicious, and it was a treat to enjoy such a cozy atmosphere at dinner time. Would definitely return!

The cozy bar area presents a fantastic view over the valley. Breakfast served some of the tastiest bacon I've encountered in a pub, elevating the morning routine significantly.

On my second night, the noise from above my room was quite distracting, especially with loud TV sounds at 3 AM. the presence of only instant coffee in my room wasn't what I expected, given the advertised coffee machine- a disappointment for caffeine lovers like me.

Spacious room with a nice view. Loud noise from the busy crossroads disturbed my sleep. Karaoke and darts add a fun vibe to the pub atmosphere.

Couples looking for a relaxing getaway

The hotel staff were excellent. I loved how we were welcomed into our room with a personalized note, it just felt thoughtful. And, oh man, the breakfast was nothing short of perfection, I feel like I could come just for that!

Let's be real, it wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you get what you pay for.

The double room was very clean and spacious, with excellent facilities. Location is perfect for getting into brighton quickly. The best part was the friendly staff, who were so obliging. The food was also great!

I stayed for one night in a large double room, and overall, it was pretty comfortable. The bed was great, and I really liked how clean everything was. The bathroom was modern and had a good shower, a nice touch. I did find the room a bit worn, but for the price, I can't complain too much. Just wished it felt a little less dated. Oh, and the soundproofing worked well enough, so I wasn't disturbed too much at night.
